This is a review draft of the Terms of Service for the Nana App and website and is not yet effective. Viewing this page does not form a service contract. The operator is 米诺拉(武汉)人工智能应用软件有限公司. Customer support and complaints can be sent to contact@minola.com.cn. The planned markets are the United States, Japan, South Korea, Macao, Taiwan, and Hong Kong; actual availability will be stated in the final service information. Before use of the final service, the applicable version and effective date will be clearly stated and the necessary acceptance or consent obtained as required by law.
1. What Nana offers
Nana provides text and voice interactions with AI characters, character creation, voice features, content sharing, and related memberships and virtual entitlements. Available features and specific rules depend on the actual pages you see when using the service. Website displays do not mean that every feature has launched on every platform.
Characters are virtual personas powered by artificial intelligence. Replies, character expressions, and synthesized voices do not represent a real person's identity, feelings, promises, or professional advice, and do not constitute an intimate relationship in real life.
2. Age and accounts
Use legally obtained sign-in methods, provide true and necessary information as required by each feature, and protect your account and device. Do not impersonate others, illegally buy or sell accounts, bypass protection settings, or help others evade restrictions. If you notice unusual sign-ins or entitlement changes, request a review through the officially announced channels.
Overseas AI companion services are available only to users who meet both local age-of-majority requirements and the service market threshold. GLOBAL and the South Korean market currently require age 19, while other overseas markets require age 18. Any stricter local conditions also apply. A birth date is self-declared and cannot replace age-assurance measures required by law. Do not bypass restrictions by changing languages or region settings or providing a false birth date. Age-appropriate features and youth-protection rules in mainland China are separately subject to local requirements.
3. Understanding AI's limits
AI may produce errors, omissions, inappropriate content, or replies inconsistent with the context. Use your judgment in light of real circumstances. Do not rely on it for medical diagnosis, psychological treatment, legal or financial matters, or emergency assistance. For matters involving life, health, or other emergencies, promptly seek professional help in the real world.
Maintain regular routines and social connections in real life, and decide your own interaction duration. Do not make purchases beyond your means or other major decisions because of a character's expressions. You can end a conversation, turn off notifications, leave voice mode, or exit the App.
4. Content and acceptable use
When using the service, creating characters, or distributing content, comply with applicable laws and respect others' lawful rights. You must not:
- Generate or distribute unlawful, pornographic, violent, fraudulent, hateful, infringing, or defamatory content, or content harmful to minors' physical or mental health.
- Encourage self-harm or suicide, induce dangerous behavior, or use AI to harass, emotionally manipulate, deceive, or improperly profit from others.
- Upload, clone, or impersonate another person's voice, likeness, identity, or personal information without authorization, or present synthesized content as a real person's expression.
- Upload state secrets, trade secrets, or materials you have no right to provide, or disclose other people's chats or private information without permission.
- Attack systems, bypass authentication or billing, maliciously obtain assets, abuse interfaces, or interfere with other users' normal use.
5. Creation, authorization, and sharing
You must have the necessary rights and authorization for content you upload. Processing necessary to provide the service includes storage, transcoding, reply generation, display, and sharing according to your chosen visibility. This does not transfer ownership to us and should not be interpreted as unlimited authorization for other uses.
Whether AI output qualifies for intellectual property protection and can be safely used depends on the content and applicable law. We do not guarantee that output is exclusive or free of third-party rights. Check the necessary permissions before public or commercial use.
Current share cards use text notices to identify AI characters or AI-generated conversations. When publishing such content elsewhere, retain applicable AI labels and follow the receiving platform's disclosure rules. Do not maliciously remove, alter, forge, or conceal legally required labels. The official product still needs to verify implicit labeling in exported files.
Before sharing publicly, review selected content and privacy redactions. Others may save, forward, or capture the materials you share. Revoking a link cannot retrieve images already distributed.
When uploading a voice sample, you must have the right to record, upload, synthesize, and share it as selected. Authorization covers only processing necessary to provide the feature you choose. It does not authorize impersonating a real person, training unrelated to that feature, or commercial endorsements. Any separate authorization and notice required for voice cloning, voiceprints, or sensitive-information processing must be completed before processing begins. System microphone permission cannot replace them.
6. Paid services and information protection
Memberships, Candy, Voice Cards, and other paid matters are further explained in the Paid Services Agreement and purchase pages. Check entitlements, prices, validity periods, consumption rules, and whether renewal is automatic before confirming payment. This website preview does not accept payments.
Personal information processing is further explained in the Privacy Policy. For sensitive information, provision of information to other processors, cross-border processing, and other matters that legally require separate consent, a general user agreement cannot replace the required notice and consent.
7. Service management and responsibility
For unlawful or non-compliant use, apparent infringement, or security risks, proportionate measures may be taken under the law, including investigation, restriction of specific features, and stopping distribution of relevant content. Explanations and opportunities to appeal should be provided. Necessary evidence should be retained and related personal information protected during handling and dispute resolution.
Uncertainty in AI output does not exempt the service provider from legal responsibilities for quality, safety, personal information protection, or consumer protection. Each party is legally responsible for its own unlawful acts or contractual breaches. These terms do not exclude your statutory rights.
Usage issues, character reports, and privacy or service appeals can be sent to contact@minola.com.cn or submitted through User Feedback in the App. Report or Seek Help in character conversation settings includes the character and selects character feedback by default. Please keep the feedback reference number, describe the issue and necessary evidence, and avoid unrelated information about other people. Recording feedback does not mean a real-time human reply or emergency assistance is available.
8. Changes, leaving, and account deletion
Material changes to official service rules should be prominently communicated as required by law. Renewed consent should be obtained where legally required. Rule changes should not unreasonably diminish purchased entitlements that remain valid. If service stops, notice should be given and unfulfilled obligations handled according to law.
You can exit the App or request account deletion through the App's account management option. See the Privacy Policy for deletion's specific effects. If you have an Apple auto-renewing subscription, cancel it separately in your Apple account.
9. Governing law and disputes
The service operator is located in China. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined under relevant conflict-of-laws and consumer-protection rules. Services directed to mainland China are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. For users in the United States, Japan, South Korea, Macao, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, this agreement does not deprive you of mandatory local consumer, personal-data, or judicial-remedy rights through a choice of foreign law, an overseas court, or a particular language.
You may first raise a complaint or seek resolution through contact@minola.com.cn, or lawfully seek remedies from a court with jurisdiction, a regulator, or a dispute-resolution body without first waiving statutory procedures. This draft contains no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or restriction of statutory limitation periods.
Language versions are provided to help understanding. Any differences should be interpreted consistently with applicable law and without reducing mandatory consumer rights; Simplified Chinese does not automatically prevail. The draft was updated on October 15, 2026. Its effective date will be announced separately.
10. Overseas AI services and consumer protection
You are interacting with an AI system, not a real person. Characters and synthesized voices have no human identity or real feelings. Prominent notices at the start of or during interactions or on generated content, break reminders, and risk-response measures required by law must actually be provided in the product. Statements in this agreement cannot replace those measures. An adults-only threshold also does not remove applicable AI companion safety duties. For South Korean services, applicable AI transparency rules also require advance notice of AI use and clear identification of generated content and realistic synthetic voices where legally required.
Material changes should be prominently notified in the applicable language, with legally required opportunities to consider, accept, or exit. Prepurchase information, cancellation and refund rules, statutory warranties, and restrictions on unfair terms follow mandatory local rules. This agreement does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For services not supplied as agreed, applicable remedies such as performance, repair, price reduction, refunds, termination, and compensation remain available.
Third-party store payment, cancellation, and refund processes may be used as channels for handling requests, but do not replace our legal responsibilities. Regional purchase rules are set out in the Paid Services Agreement. Mandatory local rules prevail where they conflict with general information.
