This is a review draft of the Paid Services Agreement for the Nana App and is not yet effective. The operator is 米诺拉(武汉)人工智能应用软件有限公司. Order issues and complaints can be sent to contact@minola.com.cn. The website currently does not offer purchases. Before official sales, product types, prices, taxes, delivery, and refund procedures must be verified and business-information disclosures completed for each sales market.
1. Paid offerings
The existing system includes memberships, Candy, Voice Cards, and other products. Memberships provide designated features or allowances for an agreed period. Candy and Voice Cards are consumed for the corresponding services. Whether products are offered for sale, their actual entitlements, and quantities depend on the description for that purchase.
Candy, Voice Cards, and similar items are virtual usage entitlements within Nana. They are not legal tender, investment products, or deposits and must not circulate as general-purpose currency or be used for speculation. Whether regulations on prepaid payment instruments or similar products apply depends on local law and the actual issuance and use of the items; the labels in this agreement do not exclude such regulation. Statutory refund and other consumer rights continue to apply.
2. Check before paying
Before purchase, the product name, payment amount and currency, entitlements or allowances, validity period, use restrictions, and whether renewal is automatic should be clearly displayed. Complete the purchase while signed in to the Nana account where you want to receive the entitlements.
- Which features the membership includes, whether daily allowances reset, and what happens after expiry.
- The quantities of Candy and Voice Cards, where and in what order they are consumed. Any expiry of promotional allowances must be stated separately.
- Whether the product is a one-time purchase or auto-renewing subscription, and its renewal cycle and price.
- The final amount and product information on Apple's confirmation screen. If they differ from the App page, cancel first and check.
3. Apple in-app purchases and delivery
The current Apple client integrates the StoreKit purchase flow. After you confirm a purchase, Apple processes payment under its account rules. Nana receives necessary transaction information to verify and grant entitlements, and does not directly collect your bank card number or Apple payment password.
A purchase may be cancelled by the user, pending approval, processing over the network, or successful. Entitlements become available after the relevant transaction is confirmed and granted. If they do not arrive, keep your Apple receipt and transaction information and first use Restore Purchases in the App to synchronize. Avoid additional orders caused by repeating purchases.
Payment capabilities and official sale status on other platforms have not been confirmed. This agreement does not mean that WeChat Pay, Alipay, or web top-ups are currently supported.
4. Using entitlements and validity periods
Actual entitlements and consumption measurements follow the rules clearly displayed before purchase. Candy and Voice Card balances bought through Apple in-app purchase that constitute credits or virtual currency do not expire. The duration of membership services themselves and free promotional allowances are separately disclosed under applicable rules. Promotional and paid allowances must be explained separately. Unfavorable restrictions must not be introduced only after payment.
Do not obtain entitlements through refund fraud, false transactions, technical vulnerabilities, or unauthorized accounts. Unusual situations should first be verified and then handled according to law. Investigation of anomalies does not automatically justify confiscating lawful entitlements.
Some services depend on device, network, or content requirements. Membership does not mean AI replies will always be correct or that every feature not listed in the purchase description is available without limits.
5. If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription
Whether an auto-renewing product is offered must be confirmed by the official Apple product type and purchase page. This draft does not mean all auto-renewing plans are currently available. A one-time purchase must not be treated as consent to automatic renewal simply because you bought it.
If you choose an auto-renewing subscription, the tax-inclusive price or tax calculation method, billing currency, cycle, renewal arrangements, trial-to-paid conditions, and cancellation method should be prominently stated before purchase, and explicit purchase confirmation obtained. Reminders, price-change notices, or renewed consent required by applicable law must be completed at the relevant times. Cancellation normally stops future renewals. Current-period entitlements and statutory refund rights follow applicable rules. Auto-renewing and one-time purchases should be explained separately.
On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select the relevant subscription, and cancel it. Deleting the App, signing out, or deleting your Nana account does not replace cancellation. Whether a trial exists and how it converts to a paid service must be disclosed separately before purchase.
6. Restoring purchases
The App's assets and membership pages provide Restore Purchases to synchronize valid Apple transactions eligible for restoration and server-side entitlements. Use the Apple account used for the original purchase and check which Nana account receives the entitlements.
Restoration rules for consumable products and used allowances differ from those for active subscriptions. The restore button cannot be promised to reissue every past purchase or quantity already consumed. Repeated restoration does not grant the same transaction more than once. Account ownership or balance issues must be reviewed through official request channels.
7. Refunds and order disputes
For purchases made through Apple, sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund through its process. Where available, use your Apple account subscription settings to stop renewal. Cancellation and refunds are different actions. Apple’s process does not exclude mandatory local rights to refunds, termination, or remedies for defects or breach, nor does it remove Nana’s legal responsibilities. For issues, contact contact@minola.com.cn.
Duplicate charges, missing entitlements, services not provided as agreed, inappropriate spending by minors, and similar situations should be reviewed using transaction records, actual use, and applicable law. This agreement does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or exclude statutory rights on the ground that products are virtual.
Where a refund is approved or legally required, it should be processed within the applicable deadline. Statutory termination or refund rights do not depend on separate approval by Nana or a third-party platform. Corresponding entitlements should be adjusted only within the scope of a lawful refund and under applicable rules, without affecting your right to object or seek legal remedies. Production refund notifications and entitlement recovery procedures still need to be verified. This draft does not promise that automated handling has been completed.
8. Minors' purchases and service changes
Minors must not purchase or use virtual intimate relationship services intended for adults. Other legally available services must also meet age, guardianship, and spending restrictions. Guardians should properly manage devices and payment credentials. A guardian's responsibilities do not exclude minors' statutory protections.
Changes to charges or entitlement rules should be communicated according to law. Purchased services that remain valid are handled under the terms agreed at purchase and the law. If the provider cannot continue performance for reasons attributable to it, remaining entitlements and refunds should be handled according to law. A unilateral announcement does not automatically exempt the provider from responsibility.
9. Support and effective status
For order or entitlement issues, contact contact@minola.com.cn or describe the issue through User Feedback in the App. Please provide the order number, time of the issue, and necessary details; do not send passwords or complete payment credentials. Administrators handle feedback. This channel does not guarantee an immediate human reply. Do not pay unofficial personal accounts.
This draft was updated on October 15, 2026 and is not yet effective. The company contact address, actual product configuration, payment and refund procedures, and the regional sales disclosures below still need to be completed. The final version will state its effective arrangements separately.
10. Cancellation and refund provisions for six markets
The rules below are assessed according to the actual transaction and the scope of applicable law; they do not automatically apply or cease to apply because of a language or App Store region. Requests must not be handled under a blanket rule that virtual products are nonrefundable. Refunds, unfulfilled entitlements, and portions reasonably provided should be calculated as required by law.
| Market | Purchases, cancellation, and statutory rights |
|---|---|
| United States | Negative-option or auto-renewing offers require clear advance disclosure of material terms, express informed consent, and a simple way to stop charges. State-law reminders, cancellation, and other requirements must be implemented where applicable. There is no uniform nationwide seven-day refund promise that can simply be applied to every digital service. |
| Japan | Mail-order sales should disclose the business operator, address, telephone number, prices and additional charges, payment and supply timing, cancellation, and termination information under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, with clear information on the final confirmation screen. Mail-order sales generally have no general statutory cooling-off right. Applicable remedies for mistaken orders, misleading representations, defects, and unfair terms remain available. |
| South Korea | Where the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce applies, withdrawal is generally available within seven days from the statutory starting point. Withdrawal for discrepancies with advertising or the agreement is assessed under the statutory rules of three months from supply and thirty days from when the discrepancy became known or could have been known. Exceptions such as the start of digital-content supply require prominent advance explanations and statutory safeguards such as trial use or previews; they do not automatically exclude divisible portions not yet supplied. A free-to-paid conversion or an increase in recurring charges requires advance consent to the specific change and information on cancellation under applicable rules. |
| Taiwan | Where distance-transaction rules apply, consumers generally may terminate the contract within seven days after receiving goods or accepting services, by returning the goods or giving written notice, without stating a reason or bearing any expense or consideration. Termination notices may be sent to contact@minola.com.cn. If the termination period and method have not been provided as legally required, the starting point and maximum period follow Article 19, paragraph 3. The statutory exception for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium or online services completed upon provision applies only if the exclusion of the seven-day termination right is disclosed in advance and supply begins after the consumer’s prior consent. Continuing membership services must not all be excluded. Following lawful termination of a service contract, amounts paid should be returned within 15 days starting from the day after receipt of the notice. Remedies for defects and breach remain unaffected. |
| Hong Kong | Ordinary online digital services currently have no universal statutory cooling-off period. Any additional right promised at purchase must be honored. This does not exclude cancellation, refunds, or other remedies for misleading practices, failure to supply, inadequate service quality, or under applicable consumer laws. |
| Macao | Where Law No. 9/2021 applies, a distance service contract generally carries a seven-day right of free withdrawal from conclusion of the contract without stating a reason. For a prepaid contract where a voucher for performance of the contract is not delivered on the day the contract is concluded, the period starts on delivery of that voucher. Starting services during this period requires the consumer’s written request. If the consumer lawfully withdraws after making that request, statutory charges are payable in proportion to the services actually provided. The full-performance exception requires both full performance and the consumer’s prior written request and acknowledgment that the right of free withdrawal will be lost immediately upon full performance. The exception for digital content not supplied on a physical medium requires both the consumer’s prior express consent to the start of performance and acknowledgment that the right of free withdrawal will be lost immediately upon giving that consent. Withdrawal rights must not be excluded if these conditions are unmet. Withdrawal may be made by an unequivocal statement that can be evidenced. Following lawful withdrawal from a service contract, the business must refund as required by law within seven days of learning of the withdrawal decision. Failure to provide legally required information on the withdrawal right extends the period under the law. |
11. Business information required before official sales
Business operator: 米诺拉(武汉)人工智能应用软件有限公司. Orders, subscription cancellation, and complaints: contact@minola.com.cn. The company contact address, telephone number, representative or responsible business manager, and legally required local registration details remain to be confirmed. Disclosures under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, South Korean mail-order requirements, and business-disclosure rules in other markets will be completed before official sales according to the actual transaction method.
Each final product purchase page should state service content and usage allowances, the total price and taxes, payment and supply timing, duration, whether the purchase is auto-renewing or one-time, trial conditions, cancellation steps, refunds, and statutory withdrawal rules. Where immediate performance or a digital-content exception is sought, acceptance of this agreement must not replace dedicated notice and any required explicit choice.
